Staining – Two coats of a high quality exterior stain in a range of colours

Timber Verandah Deck – ACQ treated pine decking, posts, roof overhang & verandah rails

Elevation – Cabin can be raised off the ground with 90mm x 90mm kiln dried H3 structural posts and 240mm x 45mm kiln dried H3 structural bearers

Fix out – Installation of wall and ceiling insulation, gyprock lining, plastering, skirting, architraves, internal flooring, undercoat and two coats of interior VOC free top coat for a finished product. (Windows not included in price)

Aluminium frame windows available from $300 or BYO!
